SOP standard operating procedure of salt spray test chamber:

1. Connect the power supply of the salt spray test box and the power of the air compressor. The air compressor and the test box are connected through the air pipe.

2. The drain box and exhaust pipe are well connected.

3. There are four places to add water in the test box, namely the box body, the saturation barrel, the water seal, and the brine tank. Until the low water level light on the panel is off, otherwise it will not work properly.

4. Put the sample into the test box at an angle of 15 ° and 30 °.

5. Set the test temperature: set according to the required standard (press "â–²" to increase, press "â–¼" to decrease)

NSS and AASS tests: the temperature of the laboratory is 35 ℃; the temperature of the saturated air barrel is 47 ℃.

CASS test: the temperature of the laboratory is 50 ℃; the temperature of the saturated air barrel is 63 ℃.

6. Set the test time: 1 ～ 9999 (S, M, H) adjustable (press "+" to increase; press "-" to decrease)

7. Press the power supply of the salt spray test box and operate the button to pre-heat first to the set temperature. Note: The test cover needs to be covered and gently handled to avoid damage.

8. Press the spray button: open the air outlet valve in front of the air compressor and adjust the pressure to a primary pressure of 0.2 to 0.4 MPa; adjust the pressure regulating valve to a pressure of 0.07 to 0.17 MPa. Increase, decrease counterclockwise).

9. Press the timer button to count the time according to the set time.

10. After the test, turn off the switches in sequence.

11. If there is any abnormal phenomenon in the test, please refer to the function abnormal judgment table.
