FINAT2007 Label Grand Prix and some works tasting

Every year, the FINAT (World Adhesive Labels Association) Label Grand Prix attracts the participation of many international label processing companies, presenting a large number of beautifully printed and creative label products, which have attracted wide attention from industry professionals. In the FINAT2007 Label Grand Prix, more than 240 works from 23 countries won 17 categories of awards and 65 recommendation awards. The following will select some of the label-winning works and their judges' comments to share with you!

Submitted country: Turkey

Judges' Comments: This is a very attractive label with a realistic coffee pattern and a yellow font with a dark brown background pattern that makes the label itself noble. This is also an excellent craft with UV embossing.

(2) NIVEA shampoo label

Submitted country: Switzerland

Judges' Comments: This work was printed by tesaBAndfixAG and used in the Nivea SamtGlanz brand shampoo. It is a "best of the best" that can display the perfect combination of screen printing, offset printing and gravure printing. The delicate pink tint on the label, the well-printed blue lettering and silver pattern make it the "FINAT Best Label" honor and the "FINAT Combination Printing Top Award".

Submitted country: France

Judges' Comments: Bright colors, with distinctive Italian rural style patterns, we can see the colorful colors from the labels, and the use of yellow, green and red makes the overall rural style of the labels harmonious. The selection of the UV flexo process also makes the label surface more shiny.

(4) GRUNDFOS brand sensor label

Submitted country: Denmark

Judges' comment: This is a small-sized label that is small enough to shock the judges. It is a good example of the characteristics of the screen printing process, which combines the two materials, which gives the label an attractive visual and interesting tactile experience.

(5) Kaluwi Coconut Oil Label

Submitted country: Philippines

Judges' Comments: The background design of the silver and holographic patterns is used to add a lot of color to the label. A mix of brown and white tones tells us a story about this product. The combination of UV embossing and screen printing also gives the label a visual boost and a sense of luxury. It won the market and final application group championships.

(6) Anti-counterfeit labels produced by Bayer

Submitted country: Austria

Judges' Comments: A small-sized label that effectively counterfeits, mainly due to its UV flexo process of up to 15 colors. This is the second consecutive year that the company has won awards in this competition.

(7) Movable modular packaging label

Submitted country: France

Judge's Comments: This is a label that is very novel and can be used for a long time! Using UV flexo printing, it has a bright green and red pattern, and the judges are impressed by its novel and dynamic patterns after the second printing.
