1) The purpose of the foaming agent is to reduce the mass of the composite material (reducing the density), making the application of the composite material more extensive. The foaming agent is decomposed by heating to produce gas, which is incorporated into the composite material and exists in the form of microporous bubbles. Foamed plastic is a bubble composed of bubbles. This experiment mainly used chemical foaming. The foaming agent used was AC.
