MC nylon is an emerging engineering plastic whose material properties are far superior to UPVC, HDPE, PP and other general-purpose plastics. The material is high-strength, lightweight, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and anti-aging, and has great engineering application value.

By adding different modified materials to MC nylon, various modified MC nylons can be produced, such as reinforced MC nylon, oil-containing MC nylon, wear-resistant MC nylon, etc., which are superior in performance and widely used.

The use of centrifugal molding method can produce large modified MC nylon pipe, its specifications are: diameter Ñ„200mm-Ñ„3000mm, length 6000mm-8000mm.

Modified MC nylon pipe can be used for low-, medium-, and high-pressure transportation of various types of liquid and solid slurry. It has great market in municipal engineering, water conservancy, petrochemical, metallurgical and mining, thermal power generation, construction and building materials industries.

The production technology of this project is “centrifugal casting and reaction molding”. The modified MC nylon active material is injected into a high-speed rotating mold. The raw materials are attached to the inner wall of the mold to perform polymerization reaction. The material reaction is synchronous with the product molding, avoiding The problem that plastics are not easy to heat evenly is that the product does not require pressure for forming, the production efficiency is higher than that of the extrusion method, and the product is easy to be large-sized.

The material strength and temperature resistance of modified MC nylon are far superior to plastics such as UPVC, HDPE and PP. Therefore, the specifications and uses of the product in this project are far greater than those of existing plastic pipelines.
