Using the chemical activity of the chemical components contained in the wood, the wood packaging recovered can be chemically modified to produce amino wood. Under normal temperature and low pressure, the wood is reacted with ammonia solution or heated gaseous ammonia and pressed at a pressure of 100 to 300 kg/cm2 to obtain amino wood. This is an excellent new type of material with low production cost, strong resistance to biochemical corrosion, strength not only better than all wood, but also higher than bronze, and the price is only 1/10 of that of bronze. In addition, amino wood also has excellent milling, sawing, planing, cutting and other processing performance, not only for the production of parquet flooring and furniture, but also for the production of musical instruments, sports equipment, bushings, bearings, gears and so on.

If the above sawdust is mixed with polyvinyl alcohol, aggregating agent, epoxy resin and curing agent, plastic wood products can be made. Polyvinyl alcohol has good processing properties and wear, oil resistance, pressure resistance, toughness and other characteristics, but also has the bakelite high-strength wear and other physical properties.
