Finally, the cooled refrigerant absorbs heat from the object being cooled in the evaporator, completing the cycle. This continuous process allows for efficient and controlled temperature changes within the chamber.

The refrigeration system of the rapid temperature change test chamber is designed with high-quality components to ensure reliable performance. For low-temperature cooling, a German "Gulun" semi-enclosed compressor unit (7.5××2) is used, paired with other premium imported parts such as RANCO, SPORLAN, ALFALAVAL, DANFOSS, CASTEL, and Heron Palace. The system uses R404A for high-temperature stages and environmentally friendly R23 for low-temperature operations. A Swedish "Alfa Laval" plate exchanger connects the two stages, serving as both a high-temperature evaporator and a low-temperature condenser, enhancing overall efficiency.

To ensure safe and stable operation, the system includes multiple protection mechanisms, such as high and low voltage control, overpressure, and overload protection. Pressure gauges are installed at both high and low-pressure terminals to monitor system performance in real time. Additionally, the cooling capacity is adjusted using a split-flow method, allowing for precise temperature control. All refrigeration components are sourced from well-known international brands, ensuring reliability and durability.
