1 , installation

The main body and dynamometer of the tension machine shall be installed on the foundation of concrete. 1 Installation and preliminary accuracy of force tester

2. Take over

3 , the oil specifications

4 , filling and draining oil

Open the air filter on the tank and fill the tank with oil. The amount of oil injected at a time is about 24 kg. The specifications of the used oil can be found in the specification of the oil. When the oil is drained, open the nozzle on the left bottom of the dynamometer. The service life of the oil is determined according to the climate of each place. If it is found that the oil begins to deteriorate or contamination cannot be used, it should be replaced with new one.

5 , access to electricity

Tensile testing machine electrical equipment in the dynamometer, the power supply for the three-phase four-wire system, the main body and the dynamometer circuit connected by a plug, the electrical box should be cleaned before the dust and other impurities in the introduction After the power cord, press the “Power” button on the dynamometer panel and the light turns on to prove that power has been supplied. At this time, press the start button of the pump to observe the rotation direction of the motor, and then press the jaw lift button to check the lower jaw seat. Whether the lifting action matches the text shown on the button, check whether each limit is a function of the switch.

6 , lubrication

The lubricant can be poured on the lower jaw screw rod to lubricate the screw rod and the screw nut. The oil hole is provided on the frame, and the oil is lubricated between the worm and the lubricating screw. The scale of the oil can be used to measure the oil. The needle measures that the maximum oil level of the oil bowl does not exceed the lower flat portion of the oil leveler. The lower end of the needle is the lowest oil level in the oil pocket.

7 , the initial operation of the oil pump and test run

Press the button on the dynamometer table to start or stop the pump rotation. When the first time after installation or change the wire joints, check whether the oil circuit of the oil pump is unblocked.

8 , safety devices

Tension testing machine body cylinder and hydraulic chuck are equipped with protection relief valve and limit switch.

9 . Operation must pay attention to matters

1 If the oil pump suddenly stops working during the test, remove the applied load and reduce the oil pressure. After the inspection, restart the oil pump to perform the test. Do not start the oil pump under high pressure or check the cause of the accident.

2 If the appliance malfunctions while the tensile tester is working and the start or stop button does not work, the power supply should be cut off immediately to stop the tester from operating.

3 It is forbidden for non-operating personnel to operate the machine.
