Using a constant temperature shaker is a straightforward process, but it's important to follow the correct steps to ensure accurate and safe operation. Here’s a detailed guide on how to use one:

1. Place your sample bottles or containers into the shaker, making sure they are evenly distributed for balance. If you're using a dual-function model that supports both shaking and rotating, select the appropriate oscillation mode according to your experiment's needs.

2. Turn on the power supply. Set the timer based on the scale provided on the machine. If you plan to run the shaker for an extended period, switch the timer to the “normally open” position so it doesn’t shut off automatically.

3. Activate the temperature control system:

(1) Move the small control switch to the "set" position. At this point, the display will show the set temperature. Use the adjustment knob to set the desired working temperature (ensure it's higher than the ambient temperature). The heater will activate, and the yellow indicator light will turn on. If the set temperature is not higher than the environment, the unit won't function properly.

(2) Switch the control knob to the "measurement" position. Now, the display shows the actual temperature inside the chamber. As the internal temperature fluctuates, the reading will update accordingly.

(3) Once the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop automatically, and the green indicator light will illuminate. If the temperature drops below the set point, the heating cycle will restart automatically, maintaining a stable environment.

4. Start the shaking function:

(1) Turn on the oscillation switch on the control panel. The corresponding indicator light should illuminate, confirming the system is active.

(2) Adjust the speed control knob to the desired shaking frequency. This allows you to customize the intensity of the motion according to your experimental requirements.

5. After completing your experiment, turn off the power. Return the speed and temperature control knobs to their lowest positions to prevent accidental adjustments in the future.

6. Clean the shaker thoroughly and maintain its cleanliness to ensure long-term performance and hygiene.
