The high-temperature circulator supports both water and oil media, with a maximum operating temperature of 300°C. The working chamber is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It features a powerful external circulation pump with a flow rate of up to 15 L/min, enhancing heat transfer efficiency. The system employs PID temperature control, providing precise digital temperature regulation. An LED dual-window display shows both the set temperature and actual measurement, while user-friendly touch buttons make operation simple and intuitive.
An optional cold water circulation unit is available, allowing rapid cooling via tap water, making it suitable for exothermic reactions under high-temperature conditions.
**Steps for Operation:**
1. Fill the tank with the appropriate liquid medium. Ensure the liquid level is not below 20mm from the top.
2. Choose an oil with a flash point (open cup) higher than the operating temperature by at least 15°C.
3. Connect the external circulation pump. Attach the outlet hose to the inlet of the outer container and the inlet pipe to the outlet of the tank.
4. Plug in the power supply, turn on the “Power†switch, and then activate the “Cycle†switch.
5. Once the system is running, the instrument will automatically enter control mode.

**Temperature Setting:**
Press the SET key to enter the temperature setting mode. The set value will not blink. Use the Shift key followed by the Plus key to adjust the desired temperature. Press the SET key again to save your settings. The display will then show the current temperature of the medium, and the microcomputer will take over the control process.
**Measured Value Calibration:**
Hold the SET key for about 5 seconds until “PASS†appears. Press the Plus key to enter the password “1,†then press the SET key to access the calibration menu (“SCâ€). Adjust the value using the Plus or Minus keys, and press the SET key again to return to normal operation.
