Steps
1. Prepare the pre-treated sample and place it in a sterile homogenization bag.
2. Open the homogenizer door fully, then clamp the open end of the sterile bag when closing the door.
3. Choose an appropriate program (such as speed and duration), start the homogenization process. Once complete, open the door, remove the sample, and place it on the sample holder.
