Usage Precautions:
1. Always use a suitable liquid medium in the front tank. Ensure the liquid level is at least 30mm below the workboard to avoid damaging the heater when power is turned on.
2. Choose the appropriate liquid based on the working temperature:
- For temperatures between 5°C and 85°C, water is typically used.
- Between 85°C and 95°C, a 15% glycerol aqueous solution is recommended.
- Above 95°C, oil is generally preferred, and the flash point of the selected oil should be at least 50°C higher than the operating temperature.
3. The power supply must be 220V 50Hz, with sufficient capacity to support the total power of the device. A proper grounding system is essential for safe operation.
4. Place the instrument in a dry, well-ventilated area, ensuring there are no obstructions within 300mm of the unit.
5. When operating at high temperatures, avoid opening the upper cover or entering the tank to prevent burns.
6. After use, turn off all switches and disconnect the power supply. Regular cleaning of the work surface and control panel is recommended to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
7. Monitor the liquid level regularly. If the level becomes too low, add the appropriate medium immediately. For tanks operating above 100°C, internal circulation is required for safety. If external circulation is requested, ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks or accidents.
