2) Cover the transparent exposure film according to the specifications of the sample, and the size of the film should completely cover the sample.

The three are in close contact with each other in turn, and there are no gapped folds in the middle and the clamps are pressed tightly. Put the fixture in the photoconductor.
4) Turn on the power and turn on the main power switch. Then turn on the charge switch and the photoreceptor starts to charge.
5) When the photorecharger indicates the required exposure voltage of the photo mat, turn off the power and press the trigger button to complete the exposure.
6) Take the exposure box out of the machine, open the exposure box, take out the exposed pad and remove the sulfuric acid paper and the exposed film.
7) Place the exposed pad in the appropriate cap.
8) Inject scalar ink according to the seal specifications. After the ink is absorbed and distributed evenly, it can be delivered to customers.
