After more than 4 years of hard work, the research team finally solved the technical difficulties related to micro ROV, developed an independent intellectual property right, suitable for 7000 meters manned submersibles, can observe in the complex and dangerous deep sea environment of 7000 meters, And a prototype of a micro ROV system with simple operation capabilities. At the same time, they also carried out research on the test technology of pressure-bearing electronic equipment and batteries, designed a test system, and developed a micro-optical cable retracting system, which laid the foundation for the design of the piezoelectric sub-system in the future, and realized underwater retracting and control.

It is understood that the micro ROV body has its own energy source, flexible movement, and has the characteristics of large depth, small size, optical cable retractable control, and can be carried by manned submersibles. Its equipped camera is a major highlight. The camera expands the observation range of the manned submersible and can replace the manned submersible for observation in inaccessible or narrow and complex areas, which increases the safety of the manned submersible; it can photograph the work of the manned submersible from the periphery The situation can be pre-checked in the bottom area of ​​the manned submersible in unknown waters, and it can also check the external faults of the carrier propeller and carrier; in an emergency, it can also trigger the emergency dumping mechanism of the manned submersible to help The human submersible is out of danger, and it is also of great significance for the detailed observation of local areas such as deep sea hydrothermal fluid.
