But here’s the thing—your skin is unique. So, your exfoliation routine should be too. If you have sensitive skin, go for a gentle approach. A soft washcloth or a mild cleanser with mild exfoliating ingredients can do the trick without causing redness or irritation.
On the flip side, if your skin is more resilient, you can handle a bit more. Think about using a facial brush, a chemical exfoliant like a glycolic acid toner, or even professional treatments like microdermabrasion. Just remember, more isn’t always better.
