U.S. introduces a shrink wrap/bag

Carroll Mfg. & Sales of the United States recently introduced a shrink wrap film/bag that can meet the high temperature requirements of pasteurization (up to 210°C and 10 min sterilization requirements) to kill bacteria on the surface. That is to say, the shelf life of the package can be increased and it can be used in the packaging of cooked food such as beef, poultry and pork.
